This specialized and thoroughly ‘user friendly’ compendium of recipes will enable even the most novice kitchen chef to combine juices for more savory flavors, tempt the palate with tropical tastes, enhance the flavors of juices through the infusion of herbs, crate hearty and delicious soups from juicing variations, and even discover how to brew delectable fruit teas. “The Complete Idiot’s Guide To Juicing” is a welcome and strongly recommended addition to family and community library cookbook collections.

I didn’t find this book interesting. It lacked photos and failed to capture my attention. I bought several juice books and have to confess I got so bored with this book I never finished it.
I purchased my juicer last Christmas and have searched the eight months since for a “cook book” that had real recipies and was not laced with make-believe pseudo science on nutrition as a substitute for recipes. This one is it. Good recipies. No nonsense.
